So.. Your probably saying "So you took a picture of a tree huh"? Nope! I took a picture of a tree that a Bear decided to mark up and show that this is his territory! When I came upon this, I was in awe!!! You can't tell, but the tree is about 5-6 feet across and about 15-20 feet high in the picture. So, the bear was rather large standing on his hinds and using this as a scratching post! My ears were WIDE OPEN on the rest of this trail. I was 2 miles from the top of the ridge where the road is at this point, and I had no problem getting back up there after this adrenaline shot! :)
